Official Rules:
Spavia 'First Facial' Giveaway Ultimate Memberships

1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by Spavia, LLC, 7200 S. Alton Way, Suite A-100, Centennial, CO 80112.

2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Period
Begins at 12:00 AM MT on June 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM MT on July 31, 2025.

4. How to Enter

Limit one entry per person, regardless of method of entry.

• Automatic Entry: Schedule and experience your first facial at a participating Spavia location during the giveaway period. Entry is automatic upon completion of your treatment.
• Alternative Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary): Visit [Spavia Day Spa First Facial Entry Form] and complete the online entry form with your name, email, and zip code and follow Spavia Day Spa on Facebook and Spavia on Instagram. Entries must be received by 11:59 PM MT on July 31, 2025.

5. Prize
Three (3) winners will receive a Spavia Ultimate Membership valid for one year at the participating location of their choice. Prize includes one monthly ultimate treatment, member discounts, and additional perks. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,200. Prize is non-transferable and no cash or prize substitutions are allowed except at Sponsor’s discretion.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected by random drawing on or around August 5, 2025. The winner will be notified via the email address provided. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the promotion.
